Millions of people worldwide routinely consume animal and dairy produce, and access to such produce would not be possible without the scientific advances made to date in industry and the lab. On a similar note, such produce requires the appropriate farming and growing procedures to be applied and adhered to for ethical and sustainable purposes – otherwise poor farming and growing could lead to low quality, or even reduced outputs.

This Animal and Dairy Science collection welcomes submissions related to, although not limited to, the following themes of research:
