The Joint Research Centre (JRC) provides independent, evidence-based knowledge and science, supporting EU policies to positively impact society. The JRC organises its work into 25 multidisciplinary portfolios, supporting the seven Commission priorities for 2024 -2029. The portfolios' integrated approach brings together the JRC's work in different scientific areas, to help policymakers address emerging challenges.
